May I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us through WhatsApp, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Once a creation has been personalized, either through our embossing or engraving services, it cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are considered final sale.

What is the return and exchange policy if I am not satisfied with my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return or exchange it, please contact us through WhatsApp.

Kindly note that we only accept returns for items that are unworn and in pristine condition, within 3 days from the original delivery date. Personalized creations cannot be returned or exchanged.

Following your request, a prepaid return label will be sent to you. Please print it and stick it on your return package. You may either drop off your package at your nearest DHL Access Point or arrange for a DHL agent to collect it from your chosen pick-up address.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges shall be granted for any piece that has been subjected to misuse, negligence, accident, improper storage or handling, or has been reconstructed, repaired, or altered by unauthorized parties.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality check by our team. Please ensure that your order is returned in its original packaging and includes all delivered items (box, certificate of authenticity, and any accessories). Incomplete returns may not be refunded.

What is the refund policy?

Once we receive your return package, our quality control team will verify the perfect condition of the creation as well as the presence of all accessories and documents, specifically the untouched security seal. Within a few days, we will proceed with a refund to the original payment method used for your order, provided that all conditions are met.
