May I change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us through Whatsapp at +966501003936, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Once a creation has been personalised, either through our embossing or engraving services it cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are considered final sale.
What is the return and Exchange policy if I am not satisfied with my order?

Kindly note that we may only accept returns for items that are unworn and in pristine condition, within 3 days of from the date of original delivery . We regret to inform that personalized creations cannot be returned or exchanged.
Following this request, a prepaid return label will be sent to you. Please print it and stick it on your return package. You will then have to either drop off your return package at your nearest DHL Access Point or have it collected by a DHL agent at your chosen pick-up address.
No refunds, returns nor exchanges, shall be granted to any piece that: has been subjected to misuse, negligence, accident, improper storage or handling; or has been reconstructed, repaired or altered by persons or entities other than SQ.
All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality check by our teams. Please make sure that you return your order in its original packaging and that you include all the items delivered (case and other packaging, certificate of authenticity, other possible accessories). In case of incomplete returns, you may not be refunded.
What is the refund policy?
Once we receive your return package, we then carry out a quality control in order to verify the perfect condition of the creation as well as the presence of all accessories and documents that were included in the delivery, specifically the untouched security seal. Within a few days, we will proceed with a refund to the original payment method used for your order, provided that the above conditions are met.
