May I change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us through Whatsapp, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Once a creation has been personalised, either through our embossing or engraving services it cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are considered final sale
What is the Return and Exchange policy if I am not satisfied with my order?
If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days. Returns are only accepted for unworn items in original packaging. Personalized items are non-returnable. A DHL return label will be provided. All returns are quality-checked. Discover Return & Exchange Policy.
What is the refund policy?
Once we receive your return package, we then carry out a quality control in order to verify the perfect condition of the creation as well as the presence of all accessories and documents that were included in the delivery, specifically the untouched security seal. Within a few days, we will proceed with a refund to the original payment method used for your order, provided that the above conditions are met.

SQ offers the possibility to personalize certain pieces with its engraving and embossing services. Please contact us for personalise orders through Whatsapp Please note that engraved and embossed items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How long will it take to receive my order ?
We strive to deliver your unique SQ creation to you as quickly as possible. Typically, deliveries occur within 7 to 20 working days. Each SQ creation is meticulously handcrafted, ensuring that every piece is specially made just for you.
Do you ship overseas And How much does shipping cost?
Yes, we ship all over the world. The shipping costs as well as any possible return costs of your order are paid for by SQ.
What kind of packaging will I receive my order in?
All SQ creation are beautifully wrapped and delivered in our signature box. They are also delivered with their certificate of authenticity. A shopping bag is also enclosed with the package. A gift card is also available upon request Finally, to ensure the safety of the order during shipping, it is packaged in DHL shipping boxes and bags.
May I enclose a personal message with my gift?
You may accompany your purchase with a personalised message on a signature SQ card. If you wish to have a personalized message, please enter the text at the time of checking out on the website.
